Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the slipcover back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the fabric is neatly folded to avoid excessive wrinkling.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
